Baking time; at 180 degrees 1.5h
Baking form: 27cm
1 cup oat flour (can be buckwheat)
2 cups of ground oat
4 soft bananas
2 peeled apples / can be replaced with other fruits
1/2 cup of agave syrup (can also be maple)
1 cup of vegan milk (oat, almond)
1 cup ground walnuts
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons chia ground seeds + 4 tablespoons water to soak it
Raisins, nuts, spices - nutmeg can be added as well
Preheat the oven to 180 degree.
Cut bananas and apples and blend them with a hand mixer.
Add flour, ground flakes, ground nuts, agave syrup, oat milk, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, chia seeds ground.
Everything is mixed together. And put in a baking form.
